1. What do you do?

   We remove junk and unwanted materials from residential and commercial properties. We are a full service company and include all labour, all disposal and recycling costs, loading of materials from anywhere on your property and clean up. We provide all customers with an up-front, no obligation estimate before any work begins.

2. What do you do with the junk you pick-up?

   We do everything we can to recycle and donate items. Metal, paper, cardboard and appliances can all be recycled.  Any items that cannot be recycled are sent to a licensed transfer station.

3. Can you do late night or early morning jobs?

   Yes, special arrangements can be made to accommodate you.

4. Are you licensed to do this work?

   Owners, trucks and employees are fully licensed and insured. We are also licensed by the Ministry of Environment to haul away household and commercial junk.

5. Why can't you give me an exact price before you arrive?

   Pricing is based on volume and types of material to be removed. We can't give you an exact price until we are able to see your junk. Our crew will give you a price range on arrival.

6. Why are appointments booked in one hour timeslots?

   Truck Teams will call you 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment time and give firm arrival times. This allows them to deal with unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or jobs that were larger than expected.

7. Why can't you take hazardous materials?

   Drivers and trucks are not licensed to carry hazardous materials.

8. What form of payment do you accept?

   We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cheques and cash. Businesses may apply for a commercial account.

9. Do I have to be at the property to have the job done?

   Not always. Provided we can access your materials. We will call you once on site with an exact quote. We will process your credit card over the phone and leave a copy of the invoice in the mail box. If you like we can mail the invoice to another address.

10. What equipment does your junk truck come with?

    Aside from the two strong crew members, our trucks come equipped with disposal bins, dolly, garbage bags and various small tools.
